ホテルフォルツァ大分ではより簡単にチェックインの手続きを行っていただくため「QRチェックイン」を導入しております。


予約サイトからご予約いただいたお客様にチェックイン用のQRをE-MailもしくはSMS(ショートメール)で配信させていただくサービスです。送られてきたQRをチェックイン時に自動チェックイン機に読み取らせると、簡単にご予約の内容を呼び出すことが可能です。


【ご利用方法】
①各種予約サイトでご予約。
②ホテルからE-MailもしくはSMSでQRコードが届く。(当日、昼12時頃配信予定)
③ホテルに到着後、届いたQRコードをチェックイン機にかざして読み取らせる。
④チェックイン手続き完了、ごゆっくりお寛ぎくださいませ。

【サービス対象外の予約】
・予約サイトへのE-Mailアドレスの登録がない場合、固定電話の登録の場合はご利用いただけません 。
※予約サイトにより、送付方法(E-Mail・SMS)が異なります。
・複数部屋予約、複数予約による連泊をご予約のお客様はご利用いただけません。


Hotel Forza Oita has introduced "QR Check-in" to make the check-in process easier for you.

This service allows guests who have made reservations through booking sites to receive a QR code for check-in via email or SMS. By scanning the received QR code at the self check-in machine upon arrival, guests can easily retrieve their reservation details.

[How to Use]
Make a reservation through a booking site.
Receive a QR code via email or SMS from the hotel.
Upon arrival at the hotel, scan the received QR code at the check-in machine.
Complete the check-in procedure and enjoy your stay.

[Reservations Not Eligible for This Service]
If the booking site does not have a registered email address or the registration is fixed phone number only, this service cannot be used.
The delivery method (email/SMS) may vary depending on the booking site.

Guests with multiple room reservations or consecutive stay reservations for multiple rooms are not eligible for this service.
